Installation guide for Hifix 3 Armor TV protector

An Hifix 3 Armor TV screen protector is designed to be strong, easy to install, and non‑damaging to your display. Follow this simple guide to mount it correctly on your TV without bubbles or misalignment.

What you’ll need before you start

  • The Hifix 3 Armor kit (protector panel, corner bumpers, straps, screws, and any frame clips included).

  • soft microfiber cloth and a screen cleaner or distilled water.

  • clean, flat surface and enough space to lay the TV down or work safely in front of it.

Make sure the TV is turned off and unplugged before touching the screen.

Step 1: Prepare the TV screen

  • Wipe the TV surface gently with the microfiber cloth to remove dust, fingerprints, and smudges.

  • If needed, lightly dampen the cloth with screen‑safe cleaner or distilled water, then go over the screen again and let it dry completely.

  • Check that the TV is stable on its stand or securely mounted, so it doesn’t move once the protector is in place.

Step 2: Unpack and check the protector

  • Remove the Hifix 3 Armor panel from the box and hold it up to the TV to confirm the size and fit (43″, 55″, 65″, 75″, etc.).

  • Look for any protective films on both sides of the protector; these must be peeled off before final installation.

  • If the kit includes corner bumpers or edge clips, fit them now onto the inner edges of the protector so they rest on the TV bezel when mounted.

Step 3: Attach straps or mounting brackets

Many Hifix 3 Armor‑style protectors use elastic straps or small brackets that hook behind the TV.

  • If your kit has straps, attach them to the curved or folded ends of the protector first, looping the hook through the strap eyelets.

  • Carefully place the protector over the front of the TV so the bottom edge rests just above the TV’s base or bezel.

  • Let the straps fall behind the TV frame, then pull them through any slots or loops on the bottom‑front of the protector and tighten so the panel sits snugly but without pressure on the screen.

Step 4: Secure the protector in place

  • If your Hifix 3 Armor model uses small screws or brackets on the TV’s back or frame, gently slide them through the TV‑bezel cut‑out (if any) and tighten with the provided tool.

  • Adjust the straps or brackets so the protector is centered horizontally and vertically, with a small even gap around the bezel.

  • Avoid over‑tightening; the goal is a light, stable hold that prevents movement without pressing on the actual panel.

Step 5: Final check and cleaning

  • Turn the TV on and check that the image is not distorted, the bezel is not covered, and there are no visible bubbles or gaps.

  • If any dust remains trapped under the protector, carefully lift one corner slightly, blow it out, and re‑sit the panel, then re‑tighten the straps.

  • Wipe the protector surface one last time with a dry microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints and smudges.

Maintenance tips after installation

  • Clean the protector weekly with a dry microfiber cloth; dampen it only slightly if needed, never spray cleaner directly on the panel.

  • Periodically check the straps or brackets for wear and adjust the tension if the protector starts to shift.

By following this simple guide, your Hifix 3 Armor TV protector will stay firmly in place, protect your screen from scratches and impacts, and keep your picture looking sharp in Nairobi‑style living‑room lighting.
